Carriage of
your media materials
We recommend that you send your media materials to us
by a delivery service that requires "a signature on
delivery" and insurance. According to your
instructions we shall return your media materials and
DVD to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal
Mail Recorded Delivery providing signature on delivery
and insurance. Any disputes regarding loss or damage
of your goods during transit should be taken up
directly with Royal Mail or the nominated delivery
Company.
- Protection of your media
materials whilst on our Premises
We shall take extreme care with your media materials. In
the unlikely event of us causing damage to or loss of
any of your material, we will pay up to £10 compensation
per tape/item with a maximum of £100 in any order.
Please note that this does not apply to materials that
have arrived in a damaged condition or were damaged
during reproduction due to a material defect or being
too old.

DVD discs
We reproduce your media material onto high-quality
DVD-R and DVD+R disks. Most DVD players will accept
either of these discs but it is advisable to consult
your manual/supplier for your particular DVD player to
check it will accept either type of disc. If there are
any limitations with your particular DVD player please
advise us at the time of placing an order.

Delivery Time
We aim to complete and dispatch your orders within 5
to 28 working days from receipt. For larger orders of
5 of more tapes please contact
us for a delivery time.

Complaints
Procedure
If you have a quality complaint with regard to our
reproduction please e-mail us at info@professionaldvdservices.co.uk
within 7 days of receipt of order. Please detail the
nature of your complaint and the make and model of
your DVD player or computer. We shall investigate the
situation and endeavour to rectify the problem as soon
as possible to your satisfaction. Please note we can
not be held responsible for damaged or mishandled
discs and the quality of the medium is only as good as
the original source.

Your
Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that the source
media is not obscene or contains child pornography nor
should it infringe any third party's copyright,
patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary
rights or rights of publicity or privacy, and to
comply with current laws of shipping audio/visual
material.

Website amendments
We may alter the pricing and information on our
website at any time and the changes will take effect
immediately.

Professional
DVD Services Confidentiality Policy
8.1 - We promise to respect the confidentiality of
your identity and audio visual material. We will not
supply your contact information to any third party
companies unless you specifically ask us to.
8.2 - From time to time we may email you with special
offers and other related news. However, you can remove
yourself from our mailing list by simply replying to
any sent message from Professional DVD Services and
placing the word "REMOVE" in the subject line.

Disclaimers
Professional DVD Services will not be liable for any
economic losses (including, without limitation, loss
of revenues, profits, contracts, business or
anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or
reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential
damages (however arising, including negligence)
arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Currency
All prices quotes are in UK Pounds inclusive of VAT
unless stated otherwise.

Payment
terms
All prices include VAT at current rate.
UK Cheques/Postal Orders: We currently accept Cheque
or Postal Order in GBP made payable to "Professional
DVD Services". The cheque needs to be bank cleared
prior to commencement of work. This may take up to 5
working days.
Online Credit Card Payments: You can pay online by
Credit Card using secure payment processing service
offered by PayPal.

Over-payments and
under-payments
If you have under paid we will contact you to obtain
authorisation prior to performing your conversions.
Should you over-pay us by
£2.00 or more, we will offer you a credit equal to
the amount over-paid for your next order.
Alternatively you can request a cheque or postage
stamps for the value of overpaid amount less £2.00
handling charge.

Quotation Service
If you are not certain about the actual conversion
and/or delivery cost of your order you can still send
your order to us without a payment (subject to prior
agreement). On receiving your order we will inform you
of the actual cost of your conversions and will await
your payment prior to processing your order. If
however you decide not to go ahead with the order you
shall be responsible for the cost of the return
postage.
