Not everyone we do business with wishes to have their video played on a DVD player on a TV. Many people store their video on a PC for playback on that PC or to be streamed around the house for playback in other rooms and so they require their video in alternative formats like DIVX, MPEG-2, MP4, WMV and XVID to name the most popular ones.

Some of our customers wish only for the raw footage to be captured and for us to send them their video in DV-AVI Type 1, DV-AVI Type 2, MPEG-2 or MP4 formats. Customers who wish to have the AVI formats do need to send us an internal or external hard drive due to the lack of compression this format has and the resulting large file sizes.

If you are receiving your files on a DVD your DVD will still be supplied in a full size DVD case again just like the Hollywood movies and your DVD will not look our of place when stored with your other DVDs.
